After a two-year legal battle, a settlement has been reached that satisfies all parties concerning the property at the Richiewayne entrance. Thanks to all who worked during this time to bring this chapter to a close, especially to our President, Joyce Harrison.

Forum Page...
I have removed the Community Forum page from our website. Since its introduction over a year ago it has received minimal usage. Therefore, it's gone. Readers are still invited to leave questions or comments through the form on the Contact Us page.
Perhaps a suitable replacement for the Forum would be a Facebook page. Do you FB?

Speed Humps...
The petition for installation of speed humps failed to get the required number of signatures in order to pass. Of the 37 residents surveyed 24 were in favor, 11 opposed and one declined to give an opinion. Only property owners on Michael Ray Drive or those whose property abuts Michael Ray were eligible to sign the petition. The measure required a 70% majority in favor to be approved.
