Kevin recently replaced the deck and the porch roof on the back of our house. He made several suggestions, such as enlarging the deck by 2 feet over the driveway and having a smaller deck leading to the stairs. He pointed out that enlarging the deck wouldn't cost anymore since we had to buy the boards in a standard length anyway. We originally had a flat roof over the deck which he tore out and replaced with a slanted roof for water drainage. I feel we got a great job for a reasonable price. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend them.

When we decided to build a garage we chose Gilbert Lindsey Sheet Metal and Construction. We could not be happier about our garage. He was courteous and professional in all aspects of the building process. The garage was completed in about 3 weeks. We were so pleased with the outcome, we also used him to put in new replacement windows. This was done in 2 days time. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to do home improvements or remodeling.

Ken came and gave us an estimate on getting a garage door opener installed. We found out that our current garage door, frame, and rails would not support a garage door opener and the wood door’s bottom panel was rotted all the way through. They helped us get that replaced and have a new door, rails and opener installed. They gave us a great deal and did a great job with cleanup!
About 4 months later our other garage door opener gave up and the springs that counter balance the door snapped in two,
The original estimate included replacing both doors and opener, which could be done within 6 months. They went ahead and replaced the door, rails, springs and opener for the rest of the estimated price. I would recommend this company to anyone who just even needs a new garage door opener!!
